Idvd Themes Downloads

All you can get are the themes from iDVD 5-7. When I tried updating with 0.1 and 0.4 I got a message saying that my iDVD was already a newer version. I could run the 1.1 and 1.2 updates. I have found if I just go back to an older iDVD project that the missing themes get found. I wonder where the themes go when they are missing. I've read many questions about “missing themes” why do so many people lose them?
