After 11 years in storage, I'm trying to set up my Roland D-10 for my grandson to play with. Although both the original patches and M-256E memory card are still functioning, I figure it's past time to change batteries then reload the patches for both. I have the patches on Yamaha MDF1 midi filer disks, but the filer itself won't work anymore. I got a Roland UM-One mk2 usb-midi interface thinking I could just download patches and transfer, but can't find any info on how to do that from a Windows 10 computer.

The only thing I can think to do is to change the M-256E battery, transfer the D-10 patches to the memory card, change the D-10 battery, then transfer the patches back.
