I'm still not entirely sure about this though. Fluder can of course use fire magic which would be very effictive and he is still the superior magic caster (Evileye doesn't focus much on attack spells either). So the main advantage Evileye would have would be the difference in levels and the physical strenght of being a lvl 50 vampire.

There is also the fact that new worlders have shitty builds so i think it's even hard to say that FLuder is only lvl 40 as he probably has some worthless level (those are levels nonetheless). All in all, i think this is closer than most people assume. (i'm not taking Evileye's talent into account here as she says she cannot use it anymore) • • • • • • •. A level gap of 10 is said to be virtually insurmountable, and even if Fluder may have access to higher tier spells, Evileye's spells will do more damage by virtue of her stats.

In any case, virtually all New Worlders have shitty builds: both Evileye and Fluder wouldn't be particularly different in that regard. However, those 'worthless' levels are still counted.

Gazef wasn't just around level 30 without his useless levels, he was around level 30 with them. We can estimate that Fluder and Rigrit are still in the level 30-40 range as that is the Realm of Heroes, and no Human has been said to have surpassed it.

• • • • • • •. I'm very much aware of all that, we know Evileye is pretty much 100% guaranteed to be lvl 50. But with Fluder i still think that people underestimate him. He thinks he is still not superior to Rigrit due to necromancy, but this can be explained by Rigrit having a specialised focus in it. This would explain why he can't control a Death Knight when Rigrit possibly could (although this is a stretch).

The main point i guess i am trying to make is that Fluder is probably a higher level than people seem to think. Just from his magic levels alone he's at level 42 at the very least and lvl 48 at his highest (this would put him just before learning 7th tier magic). Combining this with his useless levels i'd say that it's fair to assume he's around lvl 48 which would put him on an even field as Evileye.

It's also important that it's only a theory that each Tier takes seven levels. • • • • • • •. Humans don't have that kind of growth capacity. Even those heroes that the Slane Theocracy has in its Scriptures can still only be counted in the Realm of Heroes outside of the Godkin. Even facing a lone Death Knight would be a daunting task for single members of the Black Scripture. And mind, the Slane Theocracy actively practices eugenics and does everything in its power to breed or otherwise produce powerful heroes. Further, just because Fluder may have useless levels doesn't mean they are useless levels that do not contribute to Magic Tier.
